Neill Walker

Strategic Interventionist

I am based in the UK in Windsor – Yes the Queen is my next door neighbour. I have worked in Business for just under 30 years mainly in Sales and Marketing. I kept seeing the same cycle in my life repeating itself over and over and not in a good way. I realised I had to stop – get off and re-evaluate my life. That’s when I came across my Mentor and Coaches – Tony Robbins and the Robbins Madanes Training team.

During my business life I have been personally responsible for company turn-arounds across the UK, Europe and Far East. My biggest commercial deal to date is $75 million. Having worked with some of the UKs leading top 100 companies, increasing their market share and turning their products/services into the leaders in their markets.

I made a big decision to completely retrain under one of the world’s best, Tony Robbins. I retrained as a Strategic Interventionist – Strategic Intervention (also known as SI) is a project dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Ericksonian therapy, Human Needs Psychology, Organisational psychology, Neurolinguistics, Psychology of influence, Strategic studies, Traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, and others.. I am also a Board Certified Coach and Certified in Psychology and Mental Health and an MBA to my name. Not bad for a kid who left school with no O’Levels and Dyslexia…

To create truly lasting change requires the commitment and desire to make that change and keep it a permanent change in your life. No matter if this is in business or in life the approach I offers comes from 30 years of business experience, a lot of personal experience and journey to turning my own life around, but most importantly my desire to make a change in others be this in their lives, businesses, relationships, careers, financial, emotional or those suffering mental health problems.

What I have found is that once you make the decision to change, yes everything does change and then with a little action you build momentum, one of my favourite words, with momentum you become unstoppable, nothing is impossible.

Thanks Neill
